Walkthrough guides take you through step-by-step instructions directly within ServiceCore to help you navigate features, complete tasks, and configure settings to meet the needs of your business.

How do I access a walkthrough guide?

Walkthrough guides appear as little blue play buttons. 

Simply click the play button to start a guide.

Can I launch a guide more than once?

Yes, there are no limits to how many times you can view a guide.  The guide will remain accessible for continued learning or to revisit a topic again.

Can I exit a walkthrough guide?

Yes. You can close a guide at any time by clicking the ‘X’ in the top-right corner of the guide.

Why can’t I see one of the guides listed in this article?

All guides are not accessible to all users. Some guides are only available to certain types of users and permission levels. Please reach out to your Admin  if additional access is needed.
