Our training courses and Learning Paths are designed to help you build confidence and efficiency across your day-to-day workflows while using ServiceCore.
As you learn how to be successful in ServiceCore and/or train new team members, these courses provide practical guidance and real world context to help you get more value from ServiceCore.

Here are a few things to know before you continue:
- The training assets in ServiceCore's Learning Hub are free for all active users.
- In order to access these courses, you'll need to log into the Learning Hub.
- If you've never logged into ServiceCore's Learning Hub, please review the instructions here.
- The Learning Hub is accessible 24/7 and available on any device.
Individual Training Courses
A Training Course is a single collection of certain lessons that all focus on a single topic, like account setup, billing your customers, or ServiceCore Pay.
You’ll progress through a course by completing each lesson in order until you reach the end-of-course-survey, complete it, and earn your course completion certificate.
There are currently 7 individual training courses available in ServiceCore's Learning Hub. These courses are topic-specific and designed with a particular type of user in mind.

Getting Started with ServiceCore
Audience: Account Owner, Admin, and Manager permission levels for Portable/Roll-off businesses only
Estimated Time to Complete: 2hrs (time varies by learner)
This training course walks you through everything you need to set up your shiny new ServiceCore account and prepare for a successful launch.
You’ll learn how to add your business data; set up your users, customers, sites, and inventory; and configure your account settings.
Order Entry in ServiceCore
Audience: Order Taker permission level for Portable/Roll-off businesses only
Estimated Time to Complete: 1hr 30mins (time varies by learner)
This training course walks you through everything you need to know to enter and manage orders in ServiceCore, from adding a customer to creating a rental or job.
You'll learn how to add customers and their sites; save payment information; create and send estimates; create short-term and ongoing rentals; and create one-time and repeat jobs.
Dispatching in ServiceCore
Audience: Dispatcher permission level for Portable/Roll-off businesses only
Estimated Time to Complete: 1hr 30mins (time varies by learner)
This training course walks you through everything you need to know to dispatch jobs and manage drivers in ServiceCore.
You'll learn how to create a saved static route; dispatch from the Schedule page; help drivers use ServiceCore's mobile app; and report on job, rental, and route progress.
Billing in ServiceCore
Audience: Billing Staff permission level for Portable/Roll-off businesses only
Estimated Time to Complete: 1hr 30mins (time varies by learner)
This training course walks you through everything you need to know to bill customers in ServiceCore, from invoicing to processing payments.
You'll learn how to add rental rates; create one-time and recurring invoices; send invoices; process payments; void and refund invoices create and delete credits; and report on billing.
Using ServiceCore Pay
Audience: Account Owner permissions level for all business types
Estimated Time to Complete: 30mins (time varies by learner)
This training course walks you through everything you need to set up your new ServiceCore Pay (Fiserv) account so you can process online payments (card+ACH) from your customers through ServiceCore.
You'll learn how to set up your CardPointe account and how to collect online payments from customers.
Setting Up ServiceCore for Septic Jobs
Audience: Account Owner, Admin, and Manager permission levels for Septic/Grease businesses only
Estimated Time to Complete: 1hr 20mins (time varies by learner)
This training course walks you through everything you need to set up your shiny new ServiceCore account and prepare for a successful launch.
You’ll learn how to add your users, customers, sites, and custom fields; configure your schedule preferences; and set up your accounting preferences and price books.
Managing Septic Jobs in ServiceCore
Audience: Billing Staff, Dispatcher, and Order Taker permission levels for Septic/Grease businesses only
Estimated Time to Complete: 1hr 15mins (time varies by learner)
This training course walks you through everything you need to know to be successful using ServiceCore on a daily basis, from the beginning of a job to its end.
You'll learn how to add and manage customers and their sites/systems; create and manage jobs; use the Schedule page to dispatch each day; and collect payment from customers.
Learning Paths
A Learning Path is a program that contains a collection of different training courses, each with their own set of lessons. You’ll complete each individual training course until you finish the last one.
Unlike individual training courses, you won't get a completion certificate for completing a Learning Path.
There's currently 1 Learning Path available in ServiceCore's Learning Hub that combines both Septic courses into a full workflow.
