Update System Information on the Mobile App (Beta)

The ServiceCore Mobile App Beta now lets you view and update a customer's septic system information directly from a job. No more radioing the office to log a new tank detail or correct a system's location. If you're enrolled in the Beta, you can capture what you see on-site in real time.

This walkthrough covers everything shown in the beta today: system details, tank and lid information, and pinning the system's exact location on the map.

Before You Start

Here are a few things to know before you continue:

  • You must be enrolled in the ServiceCore Mobile App  Beta to access this feature.
  • If you need to update system information from a desktop, please check out our article: Add a System to a Site.
