ServiceCorePay Terms to Know
ServiceCorePay:
- The term we use at ServiceCore to refer to our credit card and ACH payment processing feature inside your ServiceCore account.
Fiserv:
- The 3rd party company that we’ve connected your ServiceCore account to for online payments. Fiserv is a separate software company that works in the financial technology industry. They provide services for banking, payments, and commerce, and help businesses, banks, and consumers move money and manage transactions. ServiceCore has an integration between their system and ours so you can process payments right within your ServiceCore account.
CardPointe:
- The payment processing platform that allows your business to securely process and manage transactions from your customers. This is how you’re able to actually receive credit card and ACH payments.
CardConnect and CloverConnect:
- You won’t see these names often, but if you do, it is important to know that Fiserv owns them and is currently rebranding them.
