Manage Your Fiserv Account

If you need to update your Fiserv (formerly CloverConnect) account, you’ll submit a request through CardPointe. This article covers:

  • Legal Entity Change

  • Tax ID Change

  • Signer Change

  • Bank Account Change


Before You Start

  • You need Admin access to CardPointe.

  • Have your Merchant ID handy.

  • Forms must be signed by the account owner.

  • Changes usually complete within one week.


Submit a Change Request

  1. Download the correct form for your request:

    Legal Entity Change Form

    Tax ID Change Form

    Signer Change Form

    Bank Change Form

  2. Log into CardPointe.

     
  3. Go to Support > Create Ticket.

     
  4. Attach your completed form and documents.

  5. Select the matching ticket type.

  6. Submit.


Information Required

  • Legal Entity Change: New Tax ID, signed form

  • Tax ID Change: New Tax ID, signed form

  • Signer Change: Address, DOB, SSN of new signer

  • Bank Change: Last 4 of SSN, Tax ID, voided check or bank letter, old/new account numbers
