If you need to update your Fiserv (formerly CloverConnect) account, you’ll submit a request through CardPointe. This article covers:
Legal Entity Change

Before You Start
You need Admin access to CardPointe.
Have your Merchant ID handy.
Forms must be signed by the account owner.
Changes usually complete within one week.
Submit a Change Request

Download the correct form for your request:

Log into CardPointe.

Go to Support > Create Ticket.
Attach your completed form and documents.
Select the matching ticket type.
Submit.
Information Required
Legal Entity Change: New Tax ID, signed form
Tax ID Change: New Tax ID, signed form
Signer Change: Address, DOB, SSN of new signer
Bank Change: Last 4 of SSN, Tax ID, voided check or bank letter, old/new account numbers
