How to Complete the PCI Survey

Check Your Email
You should receive an email from donotreply@cardpointe.com with a link to the PCI survey.

Find the Survey in CardPointe (if email is missing)
Log into CardPointe.
Go to the Security section.
Look for the link to the PCI survey.

Call Viking Cloud for Help
Phone: 877-257-0239
Ask for the “fast track SAQ” (Self-Assessment Questionnaire).
A Viking Cloud representative will walk you through the survey over the phone.
This usually takes about 15 minutes.

Complete and Submit the Survey
Once submitted, your compliance status will be updated automatically in CardPointe.
Save your confirmation for your records.
