Fiserv/CardConnect Support – for processor-level issues like account changes, declines, PCI compliance, or disputes.
ServiceCorePay Support – for help accessing CardPointe or payment account questions.
ServiceCore Support – for issues inside the ServiceCore software.

Before You Start
Have your Merchant ID ready.

Log into CardPointe.

Go to Support > Create Ticket.
Choose your ticket type (Bank Change, Card Decline, DBA/Legal Entity Change, PCI Support).
Attach documents if required.
Submit.
Please Note: Tickets are usually answered within 48 hours and resolved within one week.
