Get Support for Fiserv and CardPointe

If you need help with payments, there are three types of support available depending on your issue:

  • Fiserv/CardConnect Support – for processor-level issues like account changes, declines, PCI compliance, or disputes.

  • ServiceCorePay Support – for help accessing CardPointe or payment account questions.

  • ServiceCore Support – for issues inside the ServiceCore software.

This article explains which support path to use and how to reach them.


Before You Start

  • Have your Merchant ID ready.

  • Know if your issue is processor-level (Fiserv), account-level (ServiceCorePay), or software-level (ServiceCore).


Fiserv/CardConnect Support (Processor)

When to Contact

  • Bank account changes

  • Ownership, Tax ID, or legal entity changes

  • Signer changes

  • Card declines or transaction failures

  • PCI compliance help

  • Chargebacks and retrievals

  • CardPointe Ticket:

    1. Log into CardPointe.

    2. Go to Support > Create Ticket.

       
       
    3. Choose your ticket type (Bank Change, Card Decline, DBA/Legal Entity Change, PCI Support).

    4. Attach documents if required.

    5. Submit.

Please Note: Tickets are usually answered within 48 hours and resolved within one week.


ServiceCorePay Support (Payments Team)

When to Contact

  • Trouble logging into CardPointe.

  • Forgotten username or password (need reset).

  • Questions about reports or statements.

  • Guidance on which support path to use.

How to Contact


ServiceCore Support (Software)

When to Contact

  • Issues inside the ServiceCore software (e.g., invoices, customers, dispatching).

  • Questions not related to payment processing.
