ServiceCore Sell is our new lightweight CRM functionality designed to help you manage leads, track estimates, and gain visibility into your sales pipeline - all directly within ServiceCore.
ServiceCore Sell takes the busywork out of selling. You can easily create and send estimates, monitor progress through your pipeline, and see how your team is performing - without spreadsheets or manual tracking. You'll see what's working, where to focus your efforts, and how to close more business, faster.
ServiceCore Sell will be available on or after October 14, 2025.

What's Included in ServiceCore Sell
New Estimates Experience
The resdesigned Estimate form provides a cleaner, more structured way to create and manage estimates. You can now:
- Name your estimate for easy search and reporting
- Assign an estimate owner to track who's responsible for follow up
- Add a stage to track where the estimate is in your pipeline
- Add products, services, and surcharges directly to your estimate
- Copy existing estimates so ave time on repeat quotes
Note: Legacy estimates will remain accessible and editable, but all new estimate will use the updated ServiceCore Sell Create New Estimate form. Learn more here: Changes to Legacy Estimates and the Move to New Estimates.
Pipeline Tracking
Pipeline tracking helps your team stay organized and know exactly where each opportunity stands. Each estimate moves through stages in your sales process, including:
Inquiry Received: A lead or opportunity comes in
Contact Made: You’ve spoken with or reached out to the customer
Qualified: You’ve confirmed they’re a good fit (budget, location, services)
Estimate Sent: The customer has received your estimate
Awaiting Approval: Waiting on a customer decision
Closed Won: The customer accepted your estimate
Closed Lost / Went with Another Option: The customer declined or chose another provider
You can update stages directly on the estimate, giving your team an at-a-glance view of open opportunities and what needs follow-up.
Estimate List Enhancements
The Estimate List now gives you quick access to all new estimates with sorting, filtering, and visibility into key details such as:
- Estimate owner
- Stage
- Estimate name
- Customer/Lead
- Amount
You’ll also be able to sort estimates by document number and filter by owner, stage, or date range to find what you need quickly.
Performance and Pipeline Insights
With ServiceCore Sell, you can start tracking key metrics like:
- Total value of open estimates
- Number of estimates by owner and stage
- Conversion rate from estimate to rental/job
- Pipeline value over time
These insights help you identify top performers, high-value opportunities, and where deals may be getting stuck.
Accessing ServiceCore Sell
You’ll find the new Estimates (Sell) section under your top-level navigation. We’ll also soon be adding an “Estimates (New)” tab on the Customer Details page, so you can quickly view all new estimates tied to a specific customer.
