The Satellite Dashboard gives you a map and list view of every rental on your account, all in one place, so you can spot which sites need attention without opening each rental one by one.
Units with a Satellite device show live tank, usage, and alert data right on the dashboard. Units without one still show up, just without the Satellite stats.
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you continue:

- The Satellite Dashboard shows all of your rentals and units, not just the ones with a Satellite device attached.
Open the Satellite Dashboard
To open the Satellite Dashboard, follow these steps:
- Open "Rentals" in the top menu.
- Click the "Satellite Dashboard" button.
This button appears when viewing any tab within Rentals, including looking at an Item’s Details Page via Rentals > Inventory > Items and clicking on an item.
View Rentals on the Dashboard
When you open the Satellite Dashboard, you'll see a list of your in-progress rentals on the left and a map on the right.
Each rental card shows the rental number, customer name, site address, site type, and total unit count. If a rental has an active alert, its card shows a colored border and the map pin for that rental changes color to match.
Search, Filter, and Sort Your Rentals
To find a specific rental, click into the "Search" bar and enter a customer name, site name, or rental number.
To narrow the list down:
- Click on "Filter."
- Click into "Site Type" and select a site type, if needed.
- Click into "Alert Type" and select an alert type to show only rentals with that alert.
- Click on "Close" to apply your filters, or click on "Clear" to reset them.

To reorder the list, click on "Sort by" and select "Severity of Alerts" to see your most urgent rentals first, or "Units with Alerts" to group every rental that has an alert together.
Drill Into a Rental's Units
Click on a rental card, or click on its pin on the map, to see that rental's units instead of the full rental list. Click on the back arrow next to "Sort by" to return to the rental list.
Each unit card shows the product name and item number. Units with a Satellite device also show volume, uses, temperature, battery, and orientation. Units without a device show these fields empty.
On the map, Satellite-enabled units show as a red Satellite logo pin, or a warning color if that unit has an active alert. Other units on the rental are grouped under a single grey pin.
