Create Service Reminders

ServiceCore allows you to set reminders for your customers. These reminders will remind you when its time to contact a customer to schedule another service, follow up on an estimate, or to just send them a customer appreciation card.

In this article we will walk through the steps to set up reminders.

Before You Start

Create Service Reminders

To create a reminder for a customer, follow these steps:

  1. Search for your customermceclip0.png
  2. Click to View Customermceclip1.png
  3. Click the Reminders tabmceclip2.png
  4. Click Create New Reminder                                                               mceclip3.png
  5. Fill out the information about the reminder
  6. Once you're finished, click Add New Reminder
  7. From this reminder you can mark when Customer Contacted or Create Job
  8. To view all customer reminders, click on Reports in the ServiceCore header
  9. Scroll to the Sales and customers section (in yellow)
  10. Click Service Reminders or the View Report button in the Service Reminders section
  11. Use the Date range filters to view Service Reminders for certain periods of time
  12. To view today's reminders, click on the ServiceCore (Screen_Shot_2020-07-07_at_10.42.57_AM.png) logo in the ServiceCore header
  13. Click (!) Service reminders
  14. Click Today from the Date Range bar
  15. Click on Print address label if you want to download and print address labels onto an Avery label template to print and send reminders by mail
