Mobile  App - Itemized Inventory changes

With mobile app version 9.4.38 (planned release of March 20th), to improve data integrity and decrease issues with inventory availability we will introduce 3 changes to the workflow , when completing a Pick Up, Delivery, or Exchange job that uses itemized inventory.

  1. The job will no longer have a default status of "Complete" the driver will need to select the completion status
  2. If the number of serial numbers / barcodes scanned does not match the number of units on the job, then the driver will be presented a warning message informing them that the expected number of serial numbers/barcodes were not recorded.
    1. Message: "Unable to mark job as Complete. Number of units selected does not match the expected quantity"
  3. If the number of serial numbers / barcodes scanned does not match the number of units on the job, the driver the completion status of "Complete" will be disabled, and the driver must mark the job as "Partial Service" or "Unable to Service"
    1. This is to denote to staff in the office that there are either still units that need to be picked up/delivered or that the data on the job needs to be corrected for Product/Inventory counts to remain accurate
