Improved Refunds
A new & improved refunds workflow will soon be rolled out. The new Refunds workflows resolve some longstanding inefficiencies, allowing you to move faster with less clicks and more confidence.
Highlights of this change:
- Invoices will automatically reopen when refunding a payment that has already been applied and any existing credits will be unapplied to help prevent duplicate refunds
- Streamlining Credit Memo creation process by allowing you to initiate them directly from an invoice and having line items automatically populate in the Credit Memo
- New Aging Report that will show payments removed from the invoice and assigned to the refund and re-opened invoices and its remaining balance increases
