Your company information settings allow you to manage key business details in ServiceCore, including your company name, contact information, address, and logo. Keeping this information up to date helps your invoices, estimates, and other customer-facing documents reflect your current branding.
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you continue:
- To see if you have access to this feature in ServiceCore, please check out this article on user permission levels.
- Your mailing address can either be the same as your physical address or different.
- Your company name, email, phone number, mailing address, and tax ID appear on accounting documents such as invoices, estimates, credit memos, and statements.
- To expedite mail delivery via the USPS, it's recommended to include your full nine-digit ZIP Code (ZIP+4). To determine your full nine-digit ZIP code, use the USPS ZIP Code by Address tool.
- Have a logo file ready that meets our file size limitations and supported formats.
- Images should be at least 300 x 300 pixels for best results.
Edit Company Information
To change or update your company information, follow these steps:
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- Click “Settings.”
- When you open Settings, you’ll always land on Company > Information which is where you can edit Company Information.

Click “Edit Company Information.”

Enter Basic Information.
- Company, Tax ID, Email, and Phone Number will be visible to customers on documents you send them like invoices, estimates, and statements.

Enter your Physical Address.

If your mailing address matches your physical address, check the box next to “Same as Physical Address Above.”
- If your mailing address is different, uncheck the box next to “Same as Physical Address Above” and enter your Mailing Address.

Click “Save.”
After saving your changes, your updated company information will appear on all newly generated documents, including invoices, statements, estimates, and payment receipts.
Upload Your Company Logo
Your company logo is a key part of your brand identity. Adding it to ServiceCore makes your invoices, estimates, and other customer communications look more professional and consistent. Once uploaded, your logo will appear on account PDFs and outgoing emails, including invoices, estimates, credit memos, payment receipts, refunds, and statements.
Once you have your logo file ready, you can add it to ServiceCore in just a few steps.
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- Click “Settings.”
- When you open Settings, you’ll always land on Company > Information which is where you can edit Company Information and upload your company logo.

Click “Upload Logo.”
- Find and select your logo.

Click “Open.”
After clicking Open, your logo will be added to ServiceCore and will be visible in Settings in Company > Information.

Once your logo has been uploaded to your ServiceCore account, we suggest you run a couple tests to make sure it displays clearly on our formats.
A good way to test it is to create an estimate and email it to yourself. This will give you the PDF copy of the estimate along with an example email that displays your company logo.

Company Logo Troubleshooting
If you don’t like the way your company logo looks in ServiceCore, that’s okay! You can go back and delete the logo you uploaded.
After uploading your logo, in your Company > Information Settings, you can click “Delete Logo.”
Once you’ve deleted your logo, you can upload a new logo image. In some cases, you might need to get a new logo image size to have it display correctly in ServiceCore.
