These filters enable users to set up custom date ranges, apply relative time periods, and leverage dynamic date range options to slice and dice their data in meaningful ways. Whether you need to analyze sales trends, monitor customer behavior, or track marketing campaigns, these date filters can help you focus your analysis and gain deeper insights into your business.

- Accessing ServiceCore's Report Dashboard requires Manager, Admin, or Owner permission level
How to Use Date Filters on Reports
To use Date Filters, follow these steps:

- From your ServiceCore Dashboard, click "Reports"
- Click on the "View Report" button for the Aging Report
- Use the "Issued at" filter to specify a date. Note: Verbiage for date filters may vary from report to report. Other examples of what they may be called:

- "Schedule Date"
- "As of Date"

- Select your Report Formula Sub-Filter value you would prefer to sort by. (More info below)
- Enter in a Numeric Value for how many Days, Months, etc. you would like to see the report pull
- Select the Report Interval Sub-filter value you would prefer to sort by. (More info below)
- Use other filters as needed until you have all the specific data you need.
About Report Formula Sub-Filter
The types of Report Formula sub-filters available are:

Last: This filter shows data for the last period of time based on the user's selection. For example, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last year. It includes data from the beginning of the selected period until the current date.

Between: This filter allows the user to select a custom date range. The user inputs the starting and ending dates, and the report or application displays the data that falls within that range.

On: This filter allows the user to select a specific date. The report or application then displays the data for that particular date.

Before: This filter allows the user to see data that is before a specific date. The report or application displays data that occurred prior to the selected date.

After: This filter allows the user to see data that is after a specific date. The report or application displays data that occurred after the selected date.

Next: This filter shows data for the next period of time based on the user's selection. For example, Next 7 days or Next month. It includes data from the current date until the end of the selected period.

Current: This filter shows data for the current period of time based on the user's selection. For example, Current day, Current week or Current year. It includes data from the beginning of the current period until the current date.

Custom: This filter allows the user to select a custom date range and customize the period based on their specific requirements. It is similar to the "Between" filter but provides more options to fine-tune the period.

About the Report Interval Sub-Filter
The report interval sub-filters available are:

Months: This filter allows users to view data by specific months. For example, selecting "January" would show data from the month of January for a specific year.

Years: This filter allows users to view data by specific years. For example, selecting "2022" would show data from the year 2022.

Quarters: This filter allows users to view data by specific quarters, where each quarter represents a 3-month period. For example, selecting "Q2" would show data from the second quarter of a specific year, which includes April, May, and June.

Weeks Starting Sunday: This filter allows users to view data by specific weeks, where each week starts on a Sunday. For example, selecting "Week 1" would show data from the first week of the year that starts on a Sunday.

Weeks Starting Monday: This filter allows users to view data by specific weeks, where each week starts on a Monday. For example, selecting "Week 1" would show data from the first week of the year that starts on a Monday.

Days: This filter allows users to view data by specific days. For example, selecting "March 5th" would show data from the specific day of March 5th.

Hours: This filter allows users to view data by specific hours. For example, selecting "9 AM" would show data from the specific hour of 9 AM.
