Please Note: We’re not available on weekends. If you reach out after hours, you'll be able to leave a message or send an email and we’ll follow up the next business day.

Live Chat

Chat is the fastest way to get a quick answer. You can start a chat from our Help Center or from directly inside your ServiceCore account (blue chat widget in the bottom right corner).

When you open a chat, you’ll first see the ServiceCore Virtual Agent. It works like an intelligent search tool for our Help Center.

You can ask questions in plain language, get answers pulled directly from our knowledge base, and find easy-to-follow how-to steps and best practices.

If you want to talk to one of our Support agents, just follow the instructions below:

  1. Start a chat.

  2. Click "Get Support".

  3. During business hours, you’ll connect to a live Support agent.

Phone

Call 1-888-691-1333 during business hours to speak to someone directly.

If you call after our business hours, you can leave us a voicemail. We try to return calls the same business day when you contact us during business hours, so keep an eye on the phone you called from!

Email

Email support@servicecore.com at any time and we'll respond during business hours. We usually reply within 4 business hours.

Submit a Ticket

Submit a ticket at any time using our contact form and we'll respond during business hours. Our response will be sent to the email address you include in the form.

We’re closed on all U.S. federal holidays, plus a couple of extra days.

Please Note: If a holiday falls on a weekend, we observe it on the closest workday (Friday or Monday) based on the federal schedule. We'll always add a banner to the top of our Help Center letting you know when we'll be closed. We also post about our closures in our private Facebook community.

Tips for Faster Help

When you reach out, please include as much detail as possible so we can assist you quickly.

Include things like:

  • Your company name (and branch/location if you have more than one).

  • The email address on your account.

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.

  • Screenshots or a short screen recording if you can.
