Pro Reports provide advanced reporting tools in ServiceCore that help you analyze your business data in greater detail. This article answers common questions about Pro Reports, including what they are, what they include, how they work with standard reports, and how to get the most value from them.

What are Pro Reports?

Pro Reports are advanced reports available to accounts on the Pro Plan. They build on standard reporting by offering deeper analytics and additional insights that help you better understand how your business is performing.

Who can access Pro Reports?

Only Admins and Account Owners can access Pro Reports in ServiceCore. If you do not see Pro Reports in your report list and believe you should have access, contact your Admin.

Where can I find Pro Reports?

Pro Reports are located in the “Reports” section of ServiceCore. If your account is on the Pro Plan, Pro Reports appear as a separate set of reports above the standard reports list.

What Pro Reports are available?

You can find a full list of all Pro Reports available by looking in the “Pro Reports” section of your reports list.

Can I customize a Pro Report?

If you’re on the Pro Plan, you have the ability to customize reports. Any report with the copy icon can be duplicated, renamed, and tailored to show exactly the information you need. Your customized versions of reports appear under “My Reports” and are private to you, which helps keep the Reports section uncluttered for your team.

Can Pro Reports be scheduled to send automatically?

Yes! If you are on the Pro Plan, you can schedule reports to be delivered by email. Scheduling exports allows you to select recipients and delivery frequency. You can also set conditions for automated exports, such as sending a report only when certain thresholds are met.

Do Pro Reports cost extra?

Pro Reports are included in the Pro Plan. If you would like to learn more about the Pro Plan, please reach out to your implementation project manager if you are onboarding or our support team.
