You can choose to receive text message (SMS) updates from ServiceCore Support when submitting a ticket through our web form. These messages are limited to updates about your active support requests.
Before You Start
SMS updates are optional.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Receive Text Message Updates
To receive SMS updates from ServiceCore Support, follow these steps:
Go to support.servicecore.com.
Click Submit a Request at the top of the page.
Fill out the form, including your Phone Number.

Check the consent box that says:
“By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive SMS updates from ServiceCore Support. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time.”
Submit your request.
Please Note:
Once you submit the form, your consent is logged in our ticketing system (Zendesk) and linked to your specific request.
You’ll only receive transactional messages—for example:
Confirmation that we received your request
Ticket updates or status changes
Stop Receiving Text Updates
To stop receiving text message updates:
Reply STOP to any ServiceCore Support message.
Or, contact our Support team through the Submit a Request form and ask to remove your number from SMS updates.
Compliance Information
Consent is collected only when you check the SMS consent box.
SMS messages are used only for support-related communications.
Consent records are securely stored in Zendesk and can be verified upon request.
