The Production Tracking by Driver Report helps you track and compare driver productivity across your operation. This report brings together job, volume, and invoicing data so you can evaluate performance, identify trends, and make informed operational decisions. Use this report to understand how work is distributed among drivers and how each driver contributes to overall production during a selected time period.
Before You Start
- Jobs must be completed in order to appear in the report.
- Drivers are schedulable users who appear on the schedule and dispatch board and are connected to the completed jobs listed in the report.

Key Features
- Summary Graphs: Displays the total number of jobs and total amount pumped by drivers.
- Filtering Options: Users can filter results by selecting a date range, job types and statuses, unit of measure, and additional filters.
- Driver Details Table: Provides additional information about the jobs completed including the total number that have invoices, estimated amount on invoices, and total time for jobs details.
Run the Production Tracking by Driver Report
- Click “Reports” in the top menu.
- Scroll down and find Production Tracking by Driver listed under Operations Reports.
- Click the name of the report or the “Open Report” icon to open and run the report.
Production Tracking by Driver Report Summary Graphs
Once the report loads, the top of the report provides a snapshot of dispersal of total jobs amongst drivers and the amount pumped by each driver.
This section provides key insights, including:
- Total # (Number) of Jobs by Driver
- Total Gallons pumped by Driver

Report Filters
On the right-side of the report, there are options to select a timeframe and filter results.
- Date: Filter results based on the scheduled date of jobs. This defaults to the current month.
- Job Type: Narrow results by job type.
- Driver: Select which Driver(s) you would like to be shown in the report.

Job Status: Show results for specific job statuses.
- Please Note: All results are for jobs that have a “Job Completion Date.”
- Top N*: Select the top number of drivers to display in the summary graphs. This defaults to 10.
- Unit of Measure*: This filter defaults to “Show the Default Unit.” This means the unit displayed in the report is the one most frequently used by your business. If you select “Show All Units,” you will see all unit types that your team has entered into ServiceCore on completed jobs, including values of “Unknown” for jobs that did not have a unit of measure.
- Volume Unit: Filter results by specific types of volume units.

Company Name: Narrow results by company.
- This filter is only applicable if you manage multiple companies in ServiceCore.
Driver Details Table
In addition to the main summary towards the top of the report, there is a table that provides a detailed breakdown of production data by driver.
Sort a Section of the Report
After using the filters based on your preferences, you have additional options to sort the data that is presented in the report in the different report sections.
To sort the report summary graph sections:
- Hover over the section so a menu appears in the top right corner of the section.
- Click the three vertical dots.
- In the menu that appears, hover over “Sort.”
- Select your “Sort By” preference.
The table in the report works a little differently as you can use the headers of the columns to sort.
To sort sections using the column headers:
- Click the options icon next to the header.
- Select your sort preference or click the gear icon for additional options.
- Each column can be sorted either alphabetically A-Z or Z-A OR numerically ascending or descending. For instance, the Invoiced Jobs column will sort numerically while the Driver Name column will sort alphabetically.
Export or Send the Production Tracking by Driver Report
Export the Report
Once you have a section of your report displaying the information you want, you can download it for your records.
- Hover over the section so a menu appears in the top right corner of the table.
- Click the three vertical dots.
- In the menu that appears, hover over “Export.”
- Select your file preference in the list of options that appear in the dropdown and the report will download in the file format you selected.
- When exporting as a PDF, you can choose Portrait or Landscape layout.
- When exporting as a PDF, you can choose Portrait or Landscape layout.
Please Note: You can export up to 1 million rows at a time. If your table contains more than 1 million rows, we recommend using filters to break the data into smaller, exportable chunks.
Send the Report
In addition to downloading a section of the report to your computer, you can also email a section.
- Hover over the section so a menu appears in the top right corner of the table.
- Click the three vertical dots.
- In the menu that appears, hover over “Export.”

Click “Export…” at the bottom of the list under the Send section.

In the pop-up that appears, click the “Email” icon.
- Enter the email address of the recipient.

Click “Export” to send an email with the report attached.
Please Note: On the final screen, you can also customize the email subject, select specific attachments and file types, or send the report as a .zip file.
