The ServiceCore Sell report provides a high-level view into your sales pipeline by tracking customer estimates from creation through conversion.
Use this report to understand Estimate activity, monitor team performance, identify opportunities, and prioritize follow-ups to drive more closed deals.
Before You Start

Key Features
Summary: Displays key estimate metrics, such as total open estimates, their value, and total value of estimates won.
Filtering Options: Users can filter estimates using Estimate Owner and Job Start Month with additional filters located in the All Filters section of the report.
Detailed Estimates Breakdown: Provides detailed information about estimates, their owners, conversions, and highlights which are expiring soon.
Using the ServiceCore Sell Report
- Click “Reports” in the top menu.
- Scroll down and find ServiceCore Sell listed under Customer Service and Sales Reports.
- Click the name of the report or the “Open Report” icon to open and run the report.
ServiceCore Sell Report Summary
Once the report loads, the summary at the top gives you a quick snapshot of your estimate and associated sales activities. Use this summary to spot trends and see how your team’s estimates are progressing at a glance.
This section provides key insights, including:
Number of Open Estimates: These are estimates that have not been closed as won or lost yet.
Open Estimates Amount: This is the total value of your open estimates.
Number of Estimates Won: These are the estimates you have successfully won and closed.
Estimates Won Amount: This is the total value of the estimates you successfully won.
Percentage Converted Overall: Percentage of the estimates with a scheduled rental and/or job compared to your total number of estimates.
Number of Estimates by Stage: This is the total number of estimates you/your team has created, organized by their pipeline stage.
Estimated Revenue by Start Date and Stage: This shows you how much money you could make based on the start dates and stages of your open estimates.
ServiceCore Sell Report Filters
At the top of the report, there are options to select a timeframe and filter results.
Job Start Month: Filter estimates based on when their associate job or rental would be scheduled to begin.
Estimate Owner: Select which Estimate Owner(s) you would like to be included in the report.
Additional "All Filters"
In addition to the filters that appear at the top of the report, you can select All Filters to use additional filters for your report.
Additional filters include:
Estimate Stage: Narrow results by estimate stage.
Company Name: Narrow list of estimates by Company.
This filter is only applicable if you manage multiple companies in ServiceCore.
Customer: Show estimates for specific customers.
Customer Stage: Narrow results by customer stage.
Site Name: Filter results by customer sites.
Created At: Select a timeframe for when estimates were created.
Expiration Date: Select a timeframe of when estimates are set to expire.
ServiceCore Sell Report Sections
In addition to the main summary towards the top of the report, there are a few other sections to understand.
Estimate Summary by Estimate Owner
This section summarizes estimates by owner, showing total value, deals won, and overall conversion percentage.
Estimate Conversions
This section highlights all conversion activity, showing which estimates became rentals or jobs.
Upcoming Expiring Estimates
This section provides a clear view into what open estimates are set to expire soon and their total value.
Use this to stay on top of your pipeline and follow up with the point of contact for each one.
Estimate by Owner and Current Stage
This section helps visualize progress by stage, making it easy to identify bottlenecks or next steps.
Sorting a Section of the Report
After using the filters based on your preferences, you have additional options to sort the data that is presented in the report in the different report sections.
To sort a report section:
- Hover over the section so a menu appears in the top right corner of the section.
- Click the three vertical dots.
- In the menu that appears, hover over Sort.
- Select your Sort By preference in the list of options that appear.
Some sections provide the additional option to use the headers of the columns to sort.
To sort sections using the column headers:
- Click the options icon next to the header.
- Select your sort preference or click the gear icon for additional options.
Expanding Expiring Estimate Details in Report
The report displays basic details for the expiring estimates included in the report. To view additional details for a specific estimate, click the + icon next to the Day of Expiration Date. This will expand additional details for that estimate to the right in the scrollable section. Clicking the + icon at the top of the column will expand additional details for all estimates listed.
Please Note: In general, when a + icon appears, it means that there is an opportunity to expand additional details for a given section or line item.
How to Export the ServiceCore Sell Report
Once you have a section of your report displaying the information you want, you can download it for your records.
- Hover over the section so a menu appears in the top right corner of the table.
- Click the three vertical dots.
- In the menu that appears, hover over ‘Export.’
- Select your file preference in the list of options that appear in the dropdown and the report will download in the file format you selected.
- When exporting as a PDF, you can choose Portrait or Landscape layout.
Please Note: You can export up to 1 million rows at a time. If your table contains more than 1 million rows, we recommend using filters to break the data into smaller, exportable chunks.
How to Send the ServiceCore Sell Report
In addition to downloading a section of the report to your computer, you can also email a section.
- Hover over the section so a menu appears in the top right corner of the table.
- Click the three vertical dots.
- In the menu that appears, hover over Export.

Click "Export…" at the bottom of the list under the Send section.

In the pop-up that appears, click the Email icon.
- Enter the email address of the recipient.
- Click ‘Export’ to send an email with the report attached.
On the final screen, you can also customize the email subject, select specific attachments and file types, or send the report as a .zip file.
