• Corrected Final Invoice Proration: We have resolved an issue where the final invoice generated for auto-generated invoices was incorrectly dropping one day in the proration calculation to manually created one-time invoices. This fix applies specifically to legacy billing, not advanced proration.

We’re excited to share the upcoming launch of our redesigned dashboard, bringing you a clearer, cleaner way to access all your important data. The new dashboard will feature an updated look with the same reliable information, making it easier to track your service reminders, income, jobs, and more. For a limited time, you'll be able to switch between the new and current dashboards to get comfortable with the changes. Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!

Updates to Invoice, Credit-Memo, Refund, Estimate, Multi-Site Invoice, and Statement PDFs

We're really excited about some big changes coming to our product that our team has been working hard on. First, we're focusing on improving Accounting and Billing.

We've heard that the layout of our PDF invoices can be confusing for some customers and doesn't always print well for mailing. We want you to know we're listening! While some bigger changes are cooking in the background, we wanted to deliver a quick win.

Updates to the Schedule 

We are excited to bring several long requested features and a new look to the Schedule pages. Over the next few weeks, you will begin to see the evolution of the Schedule to include some of the new functionality. 

Over the coming weeks, you will see: improved filtering, a visual indication if a job has notes or attachments, a visual indication of the number of units associated with a job, and more clear indications of job status through the use of color and iconography
