New Feature: Expand/Collapse Full Weekly Schedule
What Changed
- A new "Expand all" button lets you instantly view every job for every driver across the entire week in the Weekly Schedule view.
- You can also click a driver's name to expand or collapse just their weekly schedule.
- This update includes performance improvements, so the schedule stays fast and responsive even with thousands of jobs displayed.
Why It Matters
Reviewing every driver's full week used to mean working with a cramped view or clicking into each driver one at a time. Now you can see the whole team's week at once, or drill into one driver, without the schedule slowing down as job volume grows.

Workflow Change: Enhanced Yard Deactivation Workflow

What Changed
- Yards can no longer be deleted while they still contain products, inventory items, or open jobs. Deactivate the yard instead.
- Deleting a yard is now called Deactivating a yard, matching the safer workflow already used for products.

A new status filter on the Yards list lets you view and reactivate deactivated yards.
Why It Matters
Deleting a yard that still had inventory or open jobs used to risk losing track of equipment or tasks tied to that yard. Deactivating preserves everything associated with the yard, so you can reactivate it later without losing anything.

Fixes
Accurate Billing for Deactivated Users: Fixed an issue where deactivated users still flagged as "In Schedule" were counted as billable seats. Billing now correctly excludes deactivated users from your billable seat count.
Manually Reordered Weekly Routes Resetting Over the Weekend: Resolved an issue where manually reordered routes for future dated weeks reverted to the Saved Route default order over the weekend. Manual route order for future weeks now persists correctly.
