If you pull ServiceCore data into your own warehouse, a new column is being added to your Data Share on August 6, 2026.
Updated view:
- Line item category: a new column showing which user last modified each line item category.

Fixes
Arrears Billing Start Date Calculation: Resolved an issue where the start date for recurring invoices on company-level arrears billing defaults wasn't calculating correctly. The start date now reflects the correct arrears period as soon as the invoice is created.
Yard Availability Counts: Resolved an issue where moving an item without an assigned yard could incorrectly increase your availability counts. Availability now updates correctly whether or not the item has a yard assigned.
End of Rental Banner Timing: Resolved an issue where the End of Rental banner could show up on a rental that still had its final pickup scheduled for later that same day. The banner now only appears after that pickup is complete.
Rental Map Accuracy and Discrepancy View: Resolved a race condition that could show incorrect data when quickly switching between rental map views. The Discrepancy view has also been updated to exclude rentals that are only scheduled to start today, so it now shows only genuine inventory discrepancies.
Recommended Next Cleaning Date: Resolved an issue where the Recommended Next Cleaning date on the System Details page showed one day earlier than the date actually selected during job completion. The date now matches what was selected.
PDF Generation for Completed Septic Jobs: Resolved an error that prevented printing or generating PDFs for completed septic jobs when the job type had no custom fields defined. PDFs now generate correctly regardless of whether custom fields are set up.
