Feature Update: Auto-Fill Billing Period on One-Time Rental Invoices
We've refined the "Auto-fill billing period dates on one time rental invoices" setting from last week's release so it also captures the correct dates for rentals that already have a pickup date scheduled.
What Changed
- If the rental has both a delivery date and a pickup date, the billing period's Start Date and End Date fields now autofill with those dates, instead of both defaulting to today's date.
- If the rental doesn't have a pickup date yet, both fields still autofill with today's date, same as last week. You can always adjust either date manually before saving.
Why It Matters
For rentals with a pickup date already scheduled, defaulting both fields to today's date didn't reflect the period the unit was actually on-site, so you'd have to manually correct it. This update makes the billing period accurate automatically whenever a pickup date is already set.

Feature Update: Schedule Map Zoom Retention
Adjusting a job's details, like reassigning a driver, no longer resets your schedule map's zoom level.
What Changed
- The map now only re-zooms to fit all pins when you change a filter or on first load.
- Your zoom level stays in place while you make other adjustments, like reassigning a driver.
Why It Matters
Previously, any small job change reset your zoomed-in view of the map, forcing you to re-zoom every time. This keeps your view steady while you work through the schedule.
Fixes
Mobile Photo Upload and Job Sync Reliability: Resolved an issue where a failed photo upload on the mobile app could block your job completion status from syncing to the office. The app now retries photo uploads with smarter timeouts, so a poor connection no longer delays your job updates from reaching the office.
Invoice Selection When Paging Through Payments: Fixed an issue where your invoice selections were lost when paging through multiple pages of open invoices while recording a payment or applying a credit. Invoices you deselect now stay deselected across pages, and auto-allocation now applies to your full invoice list instead of just the invoices visible on the current page.
Yard Address and Location Accuracy on New Companies: Corrected an issue where newly created companies or migrated yards sometimes defaulted to an incorrect address and location, often showing Alaska. Address and state information is now pulled correctly from your billing details during setup, so your yard locations are accurate from the start. (Yard Locations-Enabled Accounts)
