Add Company Contacts Quickly as Site Contacts
With this release, you can now quickly add company contacts as site contacts when creating a new site or editing an existing site. Instead of manually re-entering contact details, you can add an existing company contacts in one click.
Performance Improvement: Faster Rental & Job Lists
With this release, we've improved the performance of the rental and job lists by removing the total count display. This change helps pages load faster and more smoothly, especially for customers with large amounts of data.
Multi-Yard Inventory: No Longer Default to Unassigned Yard on Transfers
With this release, for users of Multi-Yard Inventory, when visiting the Transfers tab of Inventory, the "From Yard" will now default to the first created yard and not the "Unassigned" yard. Unassigned yard can still be selected from the dropdown menu.
Multi-Yard Inventory: Hiding Yard on Service Jobs
With this release, for users of Multi-Yard Inventory, when viewing or completing a Service job the Yard will no longer display as there is no Yard selected for Service jobs.
Fixes
QBO Syncs: We fixed an issue where recurring invoices and status updates were unnecessarily triggering QB syncs. This should clear up the QBO Sync Logs.
Repeat Job Selector preventing customers from selecting any date: We fixed an issue that was preventing customers from selecting any date when creating a repeat job from the Create Job page.
Repeat Job not ending before pickup job: Repeat jobs will now end the day before the pickup job date and will not go past that pickup date.
Amount to Apply Displays $0 for Customers With Credits: We’ve fixed an issue where the “Total Amount to Apply” field incorrectly displayed $0 when recording a manual payment for customers with open credits. With this fix, the correct amount will now be displayed.
New Customer Creation Redirects to Home Page After Adding Credit Card: We've fixed an issue where, after adding a credit card while creating a new customer, users were incorrectly redirected to the home page instead of staying on the customer profile. With this fix, users will now remain on the newly created customer details page.
