The items mentioned below will be available on or after February 20, 2025. To see these new features, please perform a hard refresh in your browser and update your mobile app to the latest version (9.4.38). Here's how to Get the Latest Version of ServiceCore.

Soft Deleting Destinations

Previously, when a user deleted a destination you could no longer access the historical data for that destination. Now, with our soft delete functionality, you can still access all historical information for a destination without it appearing in the active destinations list.

Week View Header Sticky

The days header in the scheduling week view will now be pinned to the top as you scroll through the page. You can know quickly reference which day you are referencing.

Repeat Jobs Validated Against Pickup Job Dates

Within the 'Create Rental' form, we are now validating a rental's first occurrence of a repeat service is not after the pickup date. This will give you a chance to check dates before creating jobs and avoid any confusion around what jobs are being created.

Mobile App - Site Attachments

With mobile app version 9.4.38, we have added a "Site Attachments" section to the Site Information accordion of the Job Details page where Site level Attachments will be displayed. Site level attachments will be available on all jobs & job types associated with the Site. Like all attachments in the mobile app, Site Attachments are only available while online. When in offline mode, you will be able to see that the Site has an Attachment but will be unable to download the Attachment.

With mobile app version 9.4.38, for users with Technician level permissions, we have removed the Edit Order button from the Actions menu on the Homepage. This will mean users with Technician level permissions are unable to re-order the jobs on their route. End of month billing - start day issue: We've also resolved the issue where when a start date was selected as the last day of the month, the system would incorrectly shift the start date to the first day of the following month.
