Live Chat Now Available In-App
We’ve made it easier and faster to get help when you need it. Starting this week, you’ll see a new blue chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen while using ServiceCore.
Here’s what’s new:

In-App Access: No more jumping to the Help Center — start a conversation right from within ServiceCore.

Support Bot: Ask a question anytime. The bot is trained on our full Help Center and can answer common questions or guide you to the right resource.

Live Agent Access: Want to talk to a real person? Just click “Get Support” or type “talk to a human” — either option gets you in the queue.

Ongoing Conversations: You can have multiple chats open at once, and revisit previous messages any time — it’s all stored in the widget.
This upgrade is designed to help you get answers faster while keeping live support just one click away.
Fixes
Rental Rate Billing Periods Displaying Backwards: This weeks release will resolve an issue where rental rate billing periods were appearing inverted when there was:
- A delivery on the same date as the start of the next billing period,
- and a pickup job within the same period.
This was causing an error when trying to create the next invoice in the series due to period date mismatches.
