The items mentioned below will be available on May 12, 2026. This is a preview of what's coming in the next release. To see these new features once they go live, please perform a hard refresh in your browser and update your mobile app to the latest version (9.6.3). Here's how to Get the Latest Version of ServiceCore.
Feature Update: Classes on Job Line Items
You can now assign a Class directly to a service line item when creating or editing a job.
What Changed
- A Class field is now available on individual service line items within a job.
- If you use QuickBooks Online, Classes assigned at the job level will sync accurately to your QBO account.
Why it Matters
Previously, you couldn't tag revenue by Class at the line item level when scheduling a job. This gives your accounting more detail from the start, without extra steps after the fact.

New Feature: Systems Detail Page (Desktop)
ServiceCore now has a dedicated page for each system you service, giving your team one place to view and manage everything about that system.
What Changed
- All your system details in one place. System type, installation date, hose length, bedrooms, occupants, and notes are now captured on a single System page. No more hunting across screens.
- Multi-tank support. Document multiple tanks under one system, each with its own type, size, material, filters, pumping frequency, and lid details, including digging depth and requirements.
- System location with map. View the system's address and access point alongside a map so your office always knows exactly where it sits.
- At-a-glance service summary. Cards at the top of the page surface the last service date, linked customer, and site address immediately.
- Linked job history, attachments, and contacts. Jump directly to a system's full job history, attachments, or site contacts from the same page.
Why it Matters
System details used to be scattered across multiple screens. This page pulls everything together so your team can prep for a job or answer a customer question without hunting around.
What to do Next
Go to a customer record, open the Site tab, and click into any system to review the new system page.
Coming Soon: The Mobile Systems update which will let drivers and techs view and edit system information from the mobile app. Until then, systems can only be edited from desktop.
Feature Update: Date Range Filter for Yard & Product Audit Logs
The Yard and Product Audit Logs now include a date range filter so you can narrow results to a specific time period.
Audience: Yard Locations-enabled accounts ONLY
What Changed
- A date range filter is now available on both the Yard Audit Log and Product Audit Log.
- Filter to a specific date range to find the entries you need faster.
Why it Matters
Without a date filter, finding a specific audit entry meant scrolling through everything. Now you can go straight to the time period you need.

Fixes
Multi-Site Invoice Preview Clarity: We have updated the Batch Billing preview so Multi-Site invoices correctly display the Company or Customer Name. Previously, some previews were showing the primary contact person's name instead of the business name, which caused confusion during the review process. This update keeps consistent naming across all your billing tabs, making it easier to verify your invoices before they are sent.
Copying Unable to Service Jobs: Fixed an issue where inventory could temporarily appear as 0 on a copied pickup job that was originally marked “Unable to Service”.
Deleting Yards (Yard Locations Enabled Customers Only): Fixed an issue that allowed users to delete all yards. The system now prevents deleting the last active yard so there is always at least one yard available.
