Feature Update: Manager Permissions for Message Automations
Managers can now create and edit message automations in ServiceCore, giving them direct control over automated customer communications without needing Admin or Owner involvement.
Audience: Managers on Accounts with Messaging Automations
What Changed
- The Manager permission level now includes the ability to create new message automations and edit existing ones.
- Previously, only Admins and Owners could create or edit automations. That restriction no longer applies to the Messages automation type.
Why It Matters
If Managers are the ones handling day-to-day customer communication workflows, requiring an Admin or Owner to make automation changes created unnecessary bottlenecks. Now Managers can build and adjust those automations on their own.

Fixes
Delete System Link Missing on Edit System Page: Fixed an issue where the "Delete System" option was missing from the Edit System page. Users and our Support team can now properly remove systems that are no longer needed.
Delivery/Pickup Jobs With Product Pulled From Yard Fails to Display Planned Duration: Resolved a bug where planned durations were not displaying on saved delivery or pickup jobs when products were pulled from a yard. This fix ensures accurate route time calculations and scheduling.
Route Creation - Driver Picker Capped at 100 Active Schedulable Users: Fixed a limitation in the route creation tool that only displayed the first 100 drivers. The driver selection field now uses an autocomplete search, allowing you to find and select any active, schedulable user regardless of how many you have.
Rented Count in Products Page (Yard Locations Enabled Accounts Only): Fixed an issue on the product page Rented count. It will now include rented units that may have been scheduled for pickup but those jobs were never completed.
