Flexible Default Autopay Management
We have updated the way you manage payment methods to give you more control over your Autopay settings. You can now easily set, change, or remove a customer’s default Autopay method using the new "Star" icon on the customer’s payment profile.
Key Benefits:
Easy Updates: Quickly swap default payment methods (like switching from a bank account to a new credit card) without needing to delete the original payment type.
Smarter Setup: Any changes made to the default Autopay method will automatically apply to all future recurring invoices you create for that customer.
Stable Billing: Your existing recurring invoices will remain unchanged, ensuring your current billing cycles continue exactly as planned.
Fixes
Product Page Availability (ONLY for Accounts with Yard Locations Enabled): Fixed an issue where the Products & Rentals inventory page was displaying outdated availability stats for customers with multi-yard enabled. Inventory levels now correctly match the availability grid, ensuring accurate tracking across all locations.
Standard Reports Now Open in the Correct View: We fixed an issue where standard reports were opening in an unintended “explore” more, showing additional editing options that could not be saved.
Inconsistent Emoji Handling Prevents Editing Existing Job Types: We addressed an issue where certain emojis could prevent Job Types from being edited.
Duplicate Credit Memo Prevention: We updated our advance billing logic to prevent the creation of duplicate credit memos, which happened in rare cases during rapid job completions. The system now ensures that only a single, unique credit memo is generated when a job is finished, keeping your customer balances and financial records accurate.
Mobile Offline Mode not capturing completed jobs: We fixed an issue that was impacting some drivers synching their completed jobs. Please update your mobile app to 9.6.2 to get the latest updates.
