Rental Form Date Validation
We've added date validation to the rental form that will inform you when date are being set for delivery, service, repeat series and pickup jobs that do not match with other dates already set. For example if a Delivery Date is set for April 17th and the Service Date is set for April 16th, you will see a message that the Service Date needs to be after the delivery date. This will help make sure date are being verified before submitting the rental form.
Schedule Map Performance Improvements
We've made updates to help with the performance of the schedule map views. Once loaded, you may notice the map navigation feeling smoother and more responsive interactions.
View Only Role
In this weeks release, we've added a view only role to the permissions table! Now you'll be able to assign users this role to give them access to most parts of the product, without their ability to edit or delete any information. Specifically, this role will be able to see:
- Jobs
- Rentals
- Customers + customer attachments
- Contacts
- Invoices + invoice attachments, recurring invoices
- Estimates
- Payments, credit memos, refunds
- Reminders
- Sites
- Messages
- Price books
Fixes
Repeat series jobs adding extra planned duration: We fixed a bug that was causing planned duration times to double when a repeat series with no delivery date was nearing its end. Planned durations for your repeat series should now be accurate.
