Price Books now available for customer sites
Price books can now be scoped to specific customer sites. We’ve added a new Customer Site category to Price books. When choosing ‘Customer Site’ in the Category dropdown both customer and site will be required. To make it easy to invoice these sites, when adding services to an invoice any price books associated with the site will display.
Pending Transactions stay expanded after Deleting or Removing Others
We made an update to our invoice preview lists that will keep all previewed invoices expanded when removing invoices from the list to help you quickly manage their pending invoices without losing track.
Add Serial Number to a Rental from a Service Job via Barcode Scan
From the mobile app, for service jobs using itemized inventory and have a unit with an Unknown Serial Number, drivers can now scan the barcode of the unit. Scanning the unit will replace the Unknown Serial Number value with the serial number of the scanned unit on the rental and any future jobs.
Note: this is a backend change and does not require an update to the mobile app.
Fixes
Duplicate automated credit memos: We fixed a bug that was causing duplicate automated credit memos when jobs were completed more than once.
Customer site for estimates: We fixed a bug that was not showing the customer site once selected for estimates.
Display over 100 units on inventory table on rental or job details: We have fixed a bug that caused only 100 serial numbers to display when more than 100 where selected. All selected serial numbers will now display in the Inventory table on the Rental and Job Details pages.
Pagination Display Issues on Multiple Lists: We’ve resolved several visual bugs affecting pagination in the following places: services list, assign job types, and batch billing preview.
