8/19/2025 - More Destinations, Select All on Job Create, & Fixes

The items mentioned below will be available on or after August 19, 2025. This is a preview of what's coming in the next release. Destinations

 

We have increased the number of destinations you can create. You will now see more than 100 destinations within the Schedule Card views and the Frequent Destinations List (in settings). 

 


"Select All" Adds All Known Serial Numbers to the Job

During job creation, when choosing units if you click on "Select All" we will now be selecting and passing all known serial to the newly created job. 


Items Table Inline Education Content

We have added inline education content to the Items table on the Items  & Product Details pages within inventory. This text explains that the data shown in the table below is a snapshot of the last known location for each item and does not take future jobs into account, meaning it is unlikely that it will sum to the product's availability.


Mobile App version 9.4.53

Service Jobs: Allow selection of units not on the Service Job

If a service job has one or more Unknown Serial Numbers, we  introduced the ability to associate the correct unit to the rental via barcode scanning in mobile app version 9.4.49. With version 9.4.53 and above, drivers will be able to replace any "Unknown Serial Number" value with any Item of that product that is not currently assigned to a rental (matching the serial number selection experience on Delivery jobs).


Create New Rental Form - Job Name and Emergency Job Checkbox 

We've updated the create new rental form to make it easier to capture critical job details. When creating a delivery, service, or pickup, you can now add a custom job name and mark the job as an emergency directly from the form.

Fixes

Tax value auto-calculation on manually created credit memos: Taxes on manually generated credit memos should automatically be calculated now based on the configured rate and elected taxable service lines.

Credit memo data populating as expected when editing: Editing a credit memo was showing credit memo fields blank, we have fixed this issue and all fields with data will show now.

Batch billing accurate start date: We fixed an issue that was impacting customers batch billing after 12am UTC and was showing the billing period as the day after, even after selecting the correct start date. We will now match the start date indicated as the beginning of the billing period.

Payment terms/status required for invoice creation: We fixed an issue that was creating invoices without payment terms when deleting the payment terms and creating a new invoice from that template. You will see the required payment terms message when creating these invoices without payment terms.

Intermittent Site Map Failures: We fixed an issue that was causing maps not to render on the site pages intermittently.
