Invoice and Statement PDFs - Online Payment Link
We’ve updated invoice and statement PDFs to include a direct link to the public payment pages. Customers no longer need to enter a Pay Online ID, they can simply click the link to pay their invoice or statement.
NEW Company Preference "Allow Overselling Inventory"
We have added an new Company Preference to give you the ability to allow or disallow your team from overselling your current inventory availability. The default state for this preference is "Yes" which follows the current behavior which allows for overselling inventory.
A selection of "No" block you from creating a rental or delivery where the Quantity value exceeds availability.
This new preference can be found in setting under, Company > Preferences > Rental
Multi-Yard Inventory: Select Yard when adding a unit of an Itemized Product
For accounts that have Multi-Yard Inventory enabled, when adding an Item to an Itemized product you will now select which yard to add the unit to. Adding the unit to the yard will increase Availability by 1 for that product in that yard and the Items table will show that unit has a location of the selected yard.
Fixes
Email Download Link Opening Text In Browser: We fixed an issue where clicking on links for downloads of exported data in an email opened the text in the browser window. Now, clicking "Download CSV file" will download in .CSV format as expected.
Cancelled Jobs Pulled into Next Invoice, Recurring Invoices: We fixed an issue where cancelled jobs were getting pulled into recurring invoices. Cancelled service jobs will no longer get added to invoices generated via recurring invoice templates.
Scheduled - Technician Dropdown: We fixed an issue where the technician dropdown showed duplicate users or failed to display certain technicians unless searched by name.
Job Confirmation emails sending with incorrect date of service if time window is on job: We fixed an issue on the job confirmation email that caused jobs with time windows to who an incorrect date of services.
Serial numbers not available when editing job completion if not selected on delivery: We have fixed an issue, where if a driver associated a unit to a rental via a Service job, if a member of the office staff went to edit the delivery job the serial number was not able to be selected.
