Services from Estimates Auto-Populate on Rentals
When you create a rental from a new estimate, all services on the estimate will now automatically populate on the delivery job.
Navigation After Recurring Invoice Creation
You'll now get redirected back to the Customer's page when creating and saving a recurring invoice from the Customer's page.
Filter Jobs List to Hide Service Jobs
To help you quickly identify any Delivery, Pick Up, or Exchange jobs that may have not been completed or need to be reviewed, we have added a "Hide Service Jobs" checkbox to the Filter menu on the Jobs list. Selecting "Hide service jobs?" will filter out all jobs types that are not used for moving units. The default status of this filter is unselected (showing all job types).
Fixes
Batch Billing Creating $0 Invoices With No Line Items: We fixed an issue that caused invoices to generate without any line items via batch billing. This was happening when a rental ended, the 'End Rental' feature is disabled, and there is still a recurring invoice template. Now, the blank invoice will not get created and the billing period will advance.
Pending Transaction Invoice Detail Disappearing After Deleting an Invoice from the Preview Screen: We fixed an issue that caused the individual line item rates to disappear from the pending transactions preview screen (ie. batch billing) when deleting one of the invoices from the preview. Now, if/when you delete an invoice from the preview screen, all of the other pending transactions will retain their line item level detail.
Estimate Form Now Saves After Clearing Site: We fixed an issue where the new estimate form could not be saved after removing the selected site. Now, when you clear the site from an estimate and hit save, the form will correctly update and save as expected.
Bulk Reassignments (Lasso Tool) and updating repeat job frequencies: We fixed an issue that was impeding changing a job's repeat series when using the lasso tool.
Copying or Editing Estimates for Deactivated Customers: We fixed an issue where copying an estimate linked to a deactivated customer triggered an error but still created the duplicate estimate. Now, when attempting to copy or edit an estimate tied to a deactivated customer, you’ll see a clear error message and won’t be able to proceed or save changes - preventing invalid records from being created for a deactivated customer.
Changing Date when creating Delivery Job Sets Same Day Expected Pickup: We have fixed a bug, that when creating a delivery job for an existing rental, changing the date for a delivery job, an expected pick update of the delivery date was passed into Availability causing an inconsistent experience. Now, when changing the date, no end date is passed in unless you provide an "Expected Pickup Date".
Display Yard Name Label on Job Details Page: For users on Multi-Yard Inventory, we have fixed an issue that caused the "Yard" label to not be displayed on the Job Details page.
