Expanded PO# on Invoice PDF
We've updated the Invoice PDF to ensure that longer PO# show on 1 row instead of wrapping to 2 rows. It won't allow for an infinite number of digits before wrapping, but it'll at least give a few more digits of space and resize the other bubbles to keep a clean look. We hope this will help address issues certain AP systems were having reading wrapped long PO#. See below for the before and after views.

Expanded Schedule Week Cards
We've increased the number of automatically expanded cards in the Schedule Week Card view. You'll now be able to see 1000 jobs expanded as a default, decreasing the number of clicks it takes to view the jobs.
ServiceCore Sell Report
The ServiceCore Sell report provides a high-level overview of ServiceCore Sell performance. It highlights key sales metrics, including total estimates created, open estimate value, estimates won, and overall conversion rate. Use this view to track pipeline health and sales momentum across stages, owners, and time periods. Below, you’ll find breakdowns by stage, estimated revenue by start date, conversion performance, expiring estimates, and owner-level activity to help drive follow-ups and identify opportunities.
Select Completion Time when Editing Job Completion
We have add a time selector when editing job completion. When editing job completion, you will now be presented with both a date & time selector. Both the time and date selectors will be pre-populated with the time and date of when the job was originally completed. Prior to this update, when editing job completion, the "Completed At" timestamp was updated to the current time with no way for the user to edit the updated timestamp, leading to misleading job duration data.
Tooltips for Product Data Points
We have added tooltips with definition of each product data point to the Availability, Products, and Product Details pages. These tooltips are displayed when you hover over the label for a data point or column header for a data table.
Fixes
Estimate Emails Now Deliver Correctly: We fixed an issue where estimate emails were not being delivered when using the new estimate template.
Estimate Form Now Saves After Clearing Site: We fixed an issue where the new estimate form could not be saved after removing a linked site.
Copying Estimate with Products Now Works Correctly: We fixed an issue where copying an estimate that included products caused an error and would not copy. Now, estimates containing products can be copied successfully without errors.
Copying Estimates for Deactivated Customers: We fixed an issue where copying an estimate tied to a deactivated customer triggered an error but still created the duplicate estimate in the background. Now, when attempting to copy or edit an estimate for a deactivated customer, you’ll see a single clear error message - and the estimate will not be created or saved. This ensures accurate validation and prevents invalid data from being generated.
Recurring Invoice Redirects Correctly: We fixed an issue where, after creating a recurring invoice from a customer record, the system incorrectly redirected users to the dashboard instead of the customer’s recurring invoice list.
Batch Billing Treatment of $0 Invoices: We fixed an issue that caused batch billing invoices to generate without any line items. This happened when a rental ended, the 'End Rental' feature disabled, and there is still a recurring invoice template -> Batch Billing created $0 invoices without any line items.
Now, the pending invoice won't get created if it has zero line items after processing the recurring template. Instead, we'll advance the billing to the next reminder date and keep the last reminder date (since no invoice was generated).
Price Books Display on New Rental Job Service Rates: We fixed an issue that was blocking the price book rate dropdown from showing when adding a service to a newly created job from an existing rental (for a customer with a price book). The price book rate dropdown will now show as expected.
Order Taker Ability to End Repeat Job Series: We fixed an issue that was preventing the Order Taker role from ending a repeat job series. We created a new permission for 'End Repeat Job' and gave that permission to Order Taker and all other roles that currently have the Edit Schedule permission access (since this is the permission that controlled the End Repeat Job access prior to this update).
Changing date does not reset product quantities when scheduling a delivery job: We fixed an issue where the selected product quantities were not reset when changing the date when creating a delivery job. This was an inconsistent user experience as all other changes reset the product quantities that could lead to inadvertently overselling inventory.
Pickup Job Flagged as "Invalid Product Availability": We fixed an issue when Product Availability was negative, pickup jobs showed an "Invalid Product Availability" banner. Pickup jobs should not show an Invalid Product Availability banner as units are already on site.
