11/11/2025 - Mobile App Updates, MSI Number on Statements, 'Paid in Full' Email Text, Fixes

The items mentioned below will be available on or after November 11, 2025. This is a preview of what's coming in the next release. To see these new features once they go live, please perform a hard refresh in your browser and update your mobile app to the latest version (9.5.2). Here's how to Get the Latest Version of ServiceCore.

Mobile App Version 9.5.2

Mobile app version 9.5.2 fixes an issue that arose in 9.5.0 and 9.5.1 that caused a "Downloading Scheduled Inventory” popup to be displayed after all job actions.

Due to this update, we'll be temporarily removing a couple of recent features:

  • New Offline Database
  • Android Biometric Authentication
  • Cancelling a Started Job
  • Selecting a Yard when adding an inventory item
  • Fix: Displaying to decimal values in Collect Payments

MSI Number Shows on Statements

When "Print Multi-Site Invoice as Summary" is set to Yes on a Billing Group, statements will reference the Multi-Site Invoice (MSI) number rather than the individual invoice number(s). The printed invoices will work the same as they have depending on your setting selection.

$0 Due Invoice Emails Say "Paid In Full"

When an invoice has a $0 amount due in its email, the email copy used to say "Please Pay" which was confusing to our custies' custies. Now those emails will say "Paid In Full".

Persist "View" selection on Availability Chart

When viewing the Availability Chart, when you select a number of products to view this value will be persisted until you clear your cache. Previously this always defaulted to 5 results.

Cancel Job Start from Web App

Following up on our pervious mobile app release, we have added the ability to "Cancel Start" of a job from the Web app. When a job is in progress, if you go to the "Actions Menu" you will see a "Cancel Start" option. This will move the job back to a "Scheduled" status.

Filter Items List by Yard

For current users of Multi-Yard Inventory, we have added a "Yard" filter to the Items table (both on the Inventory>Items and Product Details pages) allowing users to see which units of an itemized product have a location of a specific yard.

Fixes

Managers and Admins Can Remove Products from Estimates: We fixed an issue where users with Manager and Admin level permissions were unable to save edits after removing products from an estimate, receiving an incorrect error message.

Rental In Progress Label Displays in Green: We fixed an issue where an In Progress rental badge would display with a green background, which is reserved for rentals with a "Done" status.
