Improved Nightly Sync for New CardConnect Customers
We’ve updated the Payment Nightly Sync process to handle recent CardConnect changes that combine credit card and ACH transactions for new onboarded customers. This update ensures that credit card and ACH records are only updated once per nightly sync, and duplicate decline emails are no longer sent.
New Inventory Management Report
We've added a new report that allows you to view jobs with missing items, meaning not all scheduled inventory items were recorded when completing the job. This report also expands on the view of jobs with missing items featured on the ServiceCore dashboard. Fields displayed include customer, job, and rental information, quantity expected and quantity actual. You can find it under Report > Operations Reports > Inventory Management
Adding Barcodes to your Itemized Inventory via Web
We have updated the web app to allow Assistant Managers and above roles to update barcodes via web app (same permission as editing inventory). This should make it easier for you to add barcodes without having to physically be at the location. This will not impact any GPS coordinates already set with these serial numbers.
Quantity Actual defaults to 0 if status is Unable to Service (web app only)
When completing a delivery, pickup, or exchange job in the web app, if you select the job status of "Unable to Service" the quantity actual fields for all products on the job will pre-populate with 0, as no units were able to be delivered or picked up saving users clicks.
Fixes
Estimate Emails No Longer Fail When a Site Has an Invalid State: We fixed an issue where new estimate emails failed to send if the related site had an invalid or missing state value. This caused a system error and prevent the email from being delivered.
Tax code updates won't impact historical invoices: We fixed an issue that will now ensure that if a tax code gets updated and old invoices get edited they'll use the rate you set when you created the invoice rather than automatically updating with the newly updated tax code rate.
Assigning Drivers to Territories limitation: We fixed an issue that was impeding assigning any driver on schedule to a territory.
Email Log Not Showing all Previous Emails: We fixed an issue that was impeding showing all sent emails from the previous day. You should now be able to see all previous day emails at any time of day.
