Admins and Managers Can Now Delete Estimates

Users with Admin and Manager level permissions can now delete estimates, making it easier to manage and clean up outdated or incorrect estimates without needing owner-level access.


Division Field Added to Customers on Estimate Creation

We’ve added the Division field to the estimate creation form (as optional, under Customer Info - Additional Information dropdown), making it easy to assign and view customer divisions.


Inactivity + Weight Overages

We've added two new automations that will better support roll-off billing. These two new automations will allow you to set up a rule once and then any time the rule is met, a line item will get automatically added to an invoice. This will save time and ensure you aren't missing out on money related to inactivity or weight overages. The automations will allow you to set rules as follows:

  • Inactivity:  “If I haven’t hauled a dumpster rental for some period of time, then charge the customer for the lack of activity.” (Inactivity Fee Help Center Article, for more detail)
  • Weight Overage: “If the weight of the dumpster I haul is greater than the weight allowance I gave to my customer, then charge the customer for the additional weight.”  (Weight Overage Help Center Article, for more detail)

End Rental Job Modal Language Clarity

Following up on last week's note (Rental + Billing Setting Language Clarity), we've updated the language in End Rental Job modal to make the billing impact of the 'Yes, Cancel Future Instances' and 'No, Keep Future Instances Until Job is Completed' selections clearer. The modal will now let you know the specific billing impact depending on your:
  1. Company Preference for End billing when ending a rental?
  2. Recurring invoice template's Advance/Arrears setting.

Bulk Product View Defaults to In Progress Rentals Tab

We've made a small update to the Bulk Products view, it will now default to opening the In Progress Rentals tab and the Items tab will not show. Itemized Products will still show and default to the Items tab when initially loaded. 


Fixes

Site and Item Maps Loading Consistently: We fixed an issue that was causing the site and item maps to load inconsistently.

Division Field in Recurring Invoices: We fixed an issue that was causing the division field to clear on a recurring invoice after adding a rental rate.

Rental Showing in Progress after Final Pickup: We fixed an issue that was causing the rentals to remain open and show as “In Progress” after scheduling and completing the final pickup for all inventory. The rental should now show as Done. 

Rental Inventory table displaying for non-itemized products: We fixed an issue where the inventory table on the rental details page was not showing after only bulk products were delivered. The inventory table should now show for all product types.

500 Error on Password Reset: We fixed an issue that was causing an error to show when attempting the password reset. This should now be working as expected.
