Rentals and Jobs Now Link Back to Their Original Estimate

Rentals and jobs created from an estimate now display a direct link to the estimate details page, giving you a clear record of where the rental or job originated.

Inactivity + Weight Overage Automation Language Updates (Roll-off)

We've updated the language in the automation setup form to make the setup steps a bit more clear. Specifically, we made it easier to understand where to choose the line item that you want to hold the additional overage or inactivity charge.


Units Added via Barcode Scan During Job Completion are Automatically Added to the Job

When completing a job via mobile app with itemized inventory and one of the barcodes needs to be added to an existing item, once you’ve selected the serial number and added the barcode, the unit will be automatically be added to the job you are completing. This minimizes clicks and helps keep your drivers on task. 


Expand Filter and Sort Options on Item Lists

In the items list, we added the ability to order by barcode and to filter by if an item has a barcode or if an item has a rental.


Fixes

Email Displaying Multiple Tax Rates if Line Item Taxes is on: We updated the summary details on invoice emails to reflect all tax codes applied on an invoice, even if only at the line item level. This will only impact customers with line item taxes turned on (mostly applicable to Canadian customers).

Batch Billing Time Out Issue from Weight/Inactivity Automations: We quickly caught and fixed a bug that was causing time out issues with batch billing. Batch billing should now be working as expected.

While editing a Delivery job, editing date causes selected inventory to drop off: We fixed an issue that was causing inventory to drop off when editing a delivery job and selecting a new date.

Product not found when scanning inventory on a PU job following completion of other jobs on that rental: We fixed an issue that was causing the product not found to pop up incorrectly in the mobile app when trying to scan inventory at pickup jobs that were scanned at delivery.

No network connectivity causing blue screen: We fixed an issue that was causing a blue screen when closing the app and going into low connectivity in the mobile app. 

Signature does not immediately populate following job completion: We fixed a bug that was impeding displaying the signature in the job details view after job completion in the mobile app.
