01/13/2026 - Mobile App in Spanish, Fastest/Shortest Route Options, Fixes

The items mentioned below will be available on or after January 13, 2026. This is a preview of what's coming in the next release. To see these new features once they go live, please perform a hard refresh in your browser and update your mobile app to the latest version (9.5.5). Here's how to Get the Latest Version of ServiceCore.


Mobile App in Spanish

The ServiceCore mobile app will now support Spanish. In the mobile app menu, drivers will now see a 'Language' dropdown with both ‘English’ and ‘Spanish’ as an option. If they select Spanish all of the non-office entered data will show in Spanish. 

Please make sure you are on 9.5.4 or higher mobile app version to see this new option.

 


Route Optimization: Route Options Fastest or Shortest 

We have added a new option for route optimization that will enable you to choose between the fastest route, which will minimize drive time or shortest route, which will minimize total miles. We will automatically default to the fastest route, which is what the current route optimization defaults to. This will enable you to customize what you would like each route optimized for. 

Note: An accurate Departure Time allows the optimization to properly order stops based on their constraints (Time Windows and Service Duration.) It also helps to provide more efficient routes by taking real-time and historical traffic patterns into account.


Product Availability Chart Color Gradient

We have made an update to the colors of the availability chart, positive numbers will now display in a shade of green proportional to the other days displayed. The higher the availability count the darker the green, the lower the availability count the lighter the green. Negative numbers will now display in yellow. This should help you quickly identify how availability is moving up and down across the 2 weeks.

Fixes

Estimates Page Accessible for New Accounts: We fixed an issue where companies without any transactions were unable to access the Estimates page or create new estimates. The Estimates view now loads correctly for all accounts. 

Country Dropdown Restored in Company Mailing Address: We fixed an issue where the Country dropdown was missing from the Company Mailing Address section in Company Settings. The Country field now displays correctly, matching the Physical Address layout and allowing mailing addresses to be entered completely.

Processed Refund Data Integrity: To ensure your records accurately reflect your financial transactions, core details for refunds handled through a payment processor—such as Amount, Date, Customer, and Method—are now finalized once processed. This update prevents manual edits to these fields, ensuring your reports always remain perfectly synced with your payment provider.

Aging Report Statement Accuracy: Customer statements now automatically include all open invoices, including those issued on the same day. This ensures your Current Due totals always reflect a complete and up-to-date balance for your customers.

Multi-Site Payment Updates Release Date: When adding additional invoices to an existing payment, the system now automatically calculates and populates the payment amount for you. This ensures a consistent and faster payment application experience across all invoice types.

Editing Site Contacts: We fixed an issue that was ordering site contacts incorrectly when editing and deleting site contacts.
