Filtering Divisions on the Rental lists
We've added a new divisions filter to be able to filter Rentals with divisions within Customer, Site, Global Search and Accounting pages.
Fixes
Site Tax Exemption Updates: We have updated our invoicing to ensure that site-level tax exemptions are always prioritized. Invoices created from rentals or recurring templates will now correctly honor the site's tax-exempt status, allowing you to save invoices seamlessly without errors or the need for manually change line items' taxability.
Improved Billing Accuracy for Evening Deliveries: We have updated our recurring billing logic to ensure rental charges are accurately calculated for deliveries completed in the evening. This update ensures that jobs completed after 8 PM EST are correctly attributed to the actual day of service, allowing your invoices to reflect the correct totals automatically.
Recurring Invoice Navigation Update: We have improved the navigation flow when managing recurring invoices. Saving changes to a recurring template will now keep you on the customer’s recurring invoice page, allowing you to continue your work without unnecessary redirects to the main dashboard.
Estimates Page Not Accessible for Customers Without Transactions: We fixed an issue where companies without transactions were unable to access the Estimate page or create new estimates.
Country Dropdown Resorted in Company Mailing Address: We fixed an issue where the Country dropdown was missing from the mailing address section in company settings.
Link to Customer Service Reminders: We fixed an issue causing an incorrect redirect for customer reminders.
Schedule Map Week View filtering week & days: We fixed an issue that was causing filtering days in the map week view to be off by one day.
Schedule Filters not working when unchecking all divisions or systems: We fixed an issue that was causing jobs with no division or system to incorrectly toggle off. We’ve added a new toggle for you to easily toggle between seeing jobs with no division or system.
Multi Yard Transfer job KPIs in Schedule Views: We have updated transfer jobs to show correctly as Pickups and Deliveries via the Schedule KPIs.
