Inactivity Fees for Standard Invoices
Inactivity fees (most common in roll-off billing) can now be set up to get automatically added to standard, one-time invoices. If a rental remains on-site past your configured grace period without a haul job, the system will automatically add your inactivity fee, based on your automation setup, on your manually generated invoices.
Inventory Name on Rentals Now Links to Item Details
For users with Assistant Manager permissions and above, the inventory name on a rental is now clickable and links directly to the item detail view. This makes it easier to quickly access an item’s details without needing to navigate to the items list and search for the device. Additionally, multiple unknown serial number rows on rentals will now display as one row with a single quantity.
Fixes
Invoice Line Item Sequencing Release Date: We corrected an issue with standard (ie. non-recurring) invoices to ensure line items are added in a consistent, logical order. For invoices generated from jobs, the primary service will now stay at the top, with any newly added items appearing sequentially below it.
This and Following updates on a repeat series causing unintended behavior: We corrected an issue that was causing some unintended movement of jobs in a series when saving a change for "This and Following" jobs. Please make sure to refresh you page to get the latest updates.
Large Datasets failing to load Inventory Management table on Dashboard: We fixed an issue that was failing to load the Inventory Management table for missing serial numbers for our larger customers.
Barcode scanning showing error despite successful save: We fixed an issue that was showing an error when barcode scanning units, despite a successful save.
Dispatchers able to edit jobs through Actions dropdown on job details page: We fixed an issue that prevented dispatchers from editing a job through the 'Actions' dropdown on the job details page.
