Our new mobile app version 9.5.7 is live on both iOS and Android. The following are the updates on the mobile app.
Serial Numbers On Rentals
We made an update to the selection of serial numbers when completing a job via mobile app. Drivers will now see an identifier in the inventory list when selecting a serial number manually.
The serial number will show "On a rental" if its part of another rental. Also, a warning will appear if they still select that serial number. We will add a drivers note with the following “Serial #xxx, has been added to this service job, but was previously delivered to Rental #xxx. Please update accordingly.” This will help you identify when there may be a discrepancy on location of serial numbers.
Fixes
Septic Job Completion Times: We fixed an issue that was impeding the capture of the start and completed times of septic job types.
