Schedule Summaries in Day View
On the schedule day view, route summary values of 0 now appear in light gray. This makes it easier to visually identify drivers who have pickups, deliveries, or services assigned.
Bulk Rental Tool Update: Add Multiple Days to Weekly Repeat Service
You can now set weekly repeat rental services in the Bulk Rental Tool to occur on more than one day per week (for example, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Once you select a weekly repeat series, the schedule clearly shows the frequency, such as “Every X week M/T/W/Th/F/Sa/Su,” so it’s easier to confirm that recurring service jobs are set up correctly without extra manual work.
Fixes
Customer Status No Longer Updates to Paid When Creating an Estimate: We fixed an issue where creating an estimate with a service fee for a newly added customer automatically updated the customer’s status to Paid, even though no invoice or payment had been recorded. Creating or saving an estimate will no longer impact a customer’s payment status. Customers will remain in New status until an invoice is created and payment activity occurs.
Improved Precision for Price Book Rates: To ensure complete billing accuracy, we’ve updated our Price Books to support rates with up to three decimal places. This prevents the system from rounding small unit rates—such as those used for weight or volume—ensuring your totals are calculated precisely as intended.
Technician Permission: We have updated our mobile and web permissions to ensure that Technician roles are strictly limited to their assigned work. This update ensures that "Technician" and "Tech - Billing" users can only view and manage the specific jobs assigned to them, maintaining better control over your team's daily schedule.
