Send Estimates for Online Approval with Terms & Conditions
You can now send estimates to customers and allow them to review and approve them online. When you email an estimate, the customer receives an email with a link to view the estimate online. From there, they can review the details, enter their name, and approve the estimate online.
Once approved, ServiceCore will automatically:
- Update the estimate stage to Approved
- Record who approved the estimate
- Record the date and time of approval
- Notify the estimate owner (or creator if no owner is assigned), as well as the contacts on the estimate
Require Customers to Agree to Terms & Conditions
You can now upload your Terms & Conditions and require customers to agree before approving an estimate. To add Terms & Conditions: Settings > Company Preferences > Estimates > Upload Terms & Conditions
Customers will see a link to download your Terms & Conditions and must confirm they agree before approving the estimate.
Quickly Find Approved Estimates
Once approved, estimates can be easily identified and filtered by stage Approved on the Estimates page, so your team can move forward with scheduling or creating a job.

Real-Time Customer Balance Updates: We have resolved a display issue where a customer’s total open balance would occasionally fail to update immediately after applying a Credit Memo. Now, when you apply a credit to clear an invoice, the updated balance will reflect across the entire customer profile instantly, ensuring your team always sees accurate, up-to-the-minute financial data.
