Fixes
Customer Portal Sites Now Properly Linked to Customers: We fixed an issue where sites created from Customer Portal requests or estimates were missing the Primary Customer assignment. Although the site was created and linked to the customer, the Primary Customer field remained blank. This caused the Site Details page to be inaccessible and could prevent the site from syncing to QuickBooks Online for customers using item-based syncing.
Search from Page 2+ on List Views: We resolved an issue on multiple list views where you would error out if searching from page 2+.
Emojis Removed from Printed Route Sheets and Service Tickets: Emojis have been removed from Job Types, System Types, and Destinations on printed route sheets and service tickets. Previously, these emojis could appear incorrectly when printed. This update ensures printed documents display cleanly and consistently.
Validation Added for Unsupported Emojis: We’ve added validation to alert users when unsupported emojis are entered in certain fields. Previously, some emojis could cause records to be saved with missing or blank names. This update helps ensure entries are saved correctly and prevents data issues.
Web app Accessed via Mobile Browser Crashing: Fixed an issue where accessing the map view via a mobile browser would cause crashes or logouts.
Cleaner Currency Inputs: We fixed an issue where clearing a currency field could show the word “undefined.” Now, the field simply clears as expected, making forms easier to read and work with.
