Session Expired Redirect
We have updated the login process to help you pick up exactly where you left off. If your session expires while you're working, logging back in will now automatically return you to your previous page instead of the dashboard. This ensures a faster, more continuous workflow without the need to navigate back through the system to find your active task.
Fixes
Allowing Deletion of Unlinked Invoices: We have updated the invoice deletion process to ensure that once a payment is unapplied, the invoice can be deleted as expected. Previously, if a refund was associated with that payment, a hidden link would occasionally prevent the invoice from being removed. This update ensures that unlinking a payment fully clears the invoice's history, allowing you to manage your billing records without obstruction.
Note: For the most accurate audit trail and financial reporting, we recommend using the Void functionality rather than deleting invoices whenever possible.
Dispatcher Role Unable to Print Driver Daily Route Sheets: Dispatchers can now print route sheets on schedule views where before they could only "Print service tickets" from the day view. These permissions are "View Job" which means it will apply to technicians as well. Technicians will now have the "Print Daily Route Sheet" button for themself where before they only had the "Print service tickets" button.
