07/21/2026 - Data Share Updates, Fixes

The items mentioned below will be available on July 21, 2026. This is a preview of what's coming in the next release. To see these new features once they go live, please perform a hard refresh in your browser and update your mobile app to the latest version (9.6.4+ota.2). Here's how to Keep ServiceCore Up to Date.

Coming July 23: Data Share Updates

Audience: Accounts using ServiceCore Data Share

If you pull ServiceCore data into your own warehouse, several new views and columns are being added to your Data Share on July 23, 2026.

New views:

  • A view showing the multi-step workflows your team sets up, including name and trigger type, along with related views for workflow versions, custom workflow fields and their options, and where those fields appear on generated PDF documents. These are tied to an upcoming ServiceCore feature, so they may be empty until that feature is available in your account.
  • A view showing the reusable message subjects and bodies your team creates for automated customer communications.
  • A view showing each job on a route in one place, including assigned driver, timing, job type, product and quantity, location, and territory. This matches the data behind the "Planned Route" Standard Report.

New columns:

  • Payment gateway token cards: Card Account Updater status and timestamp, plus a soft-delete flag for retired cards.
  • Customer stats: an overdue date field.
  • Company and customer billing preferences: default billing cadence, interval unit, and interval length.
  • Transaction line items: a field marking the display order of line items.
  • Batch billing operations: a field grouping operations processed together in the same batch run.

What to Do Next

Fixes

Invalid Quantity Error on Swap, Pickup, and Delivery Job Edits (Multi-Yard Accounts): Resolved an issue where editing an existing swap, pickup, or delivery job on a multi-yard account could trigger a false "Invalid Quantity" error showing zero units available, even though that inventory was already assigned to the job. The system was incorrectly counting the job being edited against its own availability. Jobs can now be edited and saved as expected.

Estimates KPI Card Totals on the Accounting Page: Resolved an issue where the Estimates KPI card on the Accounting page included deleted estimates in its total. The card now reflects only active estimates, so your financial overview matches your records.
