04/14/2026 - New Offline Mode in iOS App, Edit Customer and Site Directly from Rental and Job Forms, Fixes

The items mentioned below will be available on or after April 14, 2026. This is a preview of what's coming in the next release. To see these new features once they go live, please perform a hard refresh in your browser and update your mobile app to the latest version (9.6.0). New Offline Mode in iOS Mobile App

We’ve upgraded the ServiceCore mobile app so drivers can reliably complete work even in areas with poor or no signal. New Offline Mode in the iOS app version 9.6.0, automatically queues changes when connectivity is low, then syncs them when a stronger connection is available—helping you capture accurate job and inventory data without extra effort from drivers.

Rollout
With this release, we are conducting a slow rollout. The release will gradually become available to all iOS users

Bug Fix: GPS Data Not Consistently Updating with Barcode Scans, we fixed an issue that was causing inconsistent GPS updates when barcode scanning

Bug Fix: Serial Numbers Issues Synching when Multiple Exchange Jobs are Scheduled, we fixed an issue that was causing incorrect serial numbers from appearing on rentals after completing an exchange job.


Edit Customer and Site Directly from Rental and Job Forms

You can now edit Customer and Site directly from the rental and job forms. With new Edit Customer and Edit Site options available once a customer and site are selected, you no longer need to navigate away to make updates - helping you keep information accurate without creating duplicate records.

Fixes

Batch Billing Improvements: We’ve improved the reliability of Batch Billing previews to ensure invoice counts remain consistent and accurate, even for large billing cycles. This update provides immediate stabilization while we continue working on long-term, scalable enhancements to further optimize your billing experience.

Voided Payment Cleanup: Fixed an issue where voided payments could remain linked to invoices, appear as available credit, and still be editable or applied to invoices. After voiding, payments will now be properly unlinked and locked down - they'll no longer show up as usable credit or be editable.

Transfer Job Types: Transfer jobs types will now be categorized as "default" job types, deleting and/or deactivating will not be allowed.

Transferring from Deactivated Yards (ONLY for Accounts with Yard Locations Enabled): We have improved managing deactivated yards by enabling you to transfer products out of deactivated yards into active yards. This will help make sure you update all of your active yards with the correct products.

Inventory Availability Yard Filter (ONLY for Accounts with Yard Locations Enabled): We have resolved an issue where some inventory adjustments were not appearing when filtering by yard in availability table.

Product Audit Log for Bulk Products (ONLY for Accounts with Yard Locations Enabled): We fixed an issue that was preventing from seeing a product audit log for bulk product updates.

Route Optimization Starting at First Job (ONLY for Accounts with Yard Locations Enabled): We fixed an issue that was preventing customers from using the "First Job" option for route optimization when a yard was associated to the first job.

Current Customer Now Clears After Item Pickup: We’ve fixed an issue where the current customer field on item details was not clearing after an item was picked up from a rental.
