New Feature: Reverse Route

Dispatchers and schedulers can now flip a driver's full stop order for the day in a single click.

What Changed

  • A new "Reverse Route" action is available in the Day, List, and Weekly Schedule views.
  • Selecting it flips a route's stop order without dragging each job one by one.

Why It Matters
Manually reordering a route stop by stop takes time, especially on a long route. This gives you a fast way to flip a route's direction when traffic, weather, or a last minute change calls for it.

Feature Update: Rental Job Filters on the Jobs List

You can now filter the Jobs list by rental job movement type: delivery, pickup, or exchange.

What Changed

  • The Scheduling Type filter on the Jobs list includes three new options: Rental Job: Delivery, Rental Job: Pickup, and Rental Job: Exchange.

Why It Matters
Missed pickups and deliveries quietly throw off your availability numbers. Now you can isolate just one movement type to find and close out the jobs affecting your count, instead of scanning your full jobs list.

Feature Update: In Progress Rentals Tab Now Shows Closed Rentals with Units On-Site

The In Progress Rentals tab on the Product Details page now shows closed rentals that still have units on-site from a partial pickup.

What Changed

  • The In Progress Rentals tab now includes closed rentals with inventory still on-site, not just rentals that are still open.

Why It Matters
Before this update, a closed rental with leftover units would disappear from this tab, making those units easy to lose track of. Now you have one place to see every rental still holding inventory, regardless of status, so outstanding pickups are easier to spot and clean up.

Fixes

Mobile Job Status Reverting to In Progress: Fixed a bug on the mobile app where completing a job briefly showed as done before reverting to "In Progress," with no error message. Jobs were completing correctly the whole time. This is delivered over the air, so no app update is required.

Duplicate Invoices from Rapid Clicking: Fixed a bug where clicking "Save and Record Payment" multiple times in quick succession on a single invoice could create duplicate invoices for the same billing period. This is now resolved.

Copied Rental Invoice Billing Period End Date: Fixed a bug where the "Billing Period End Date" field on copied rental invoices would lock up, showing a grayed out calendar picker and a red validation error that would not clear. The calendar picker and date validation now work as expected when copying rental invoices.

Percentage Surcharge Recalculation on Invoice Edits: Fixed an issue where percentage based surcharges did not recalculate when a new line item was added to an existing invoice. The surcharge now updates automatically whenever line items change. This does not affect historical invoices unless you edit a field that changes the invoice total.
